1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to the subscription-based software services provided by Astreaux, operated by Perry J, LLC. Astreaux provides AI-powered sales assistant services. No physical products are sold.

2. Cancellation Requirement

Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the start of the next billing cycle. Subscription fees for a billing cycle are non-refundable once that cycle has begun, except as provided in Section 3.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days from the start of the billing cycle.

  • No activity (messages sent or communication campaigns started) has occurred on the account during the cycle.

  • The user follows the proper Refund Request Process.

After the 14th day of the billing cycle, no refunds will be issued, even if the account shows no activity.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund within the 14-day window, the account holder must:

  • Email info@astreaux.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  • Provide the name on the account.

  • Provide the email address associated with the account.

  • Confirm that no activity has occurred on the account during the billing cycle.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 14 days into the billing cycle.

  • Accounts with activity during the billing cycle (messages sent).

  • Customized integrations or services developed specifically for a customer’s business.

  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions explicitly marked as non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Timing may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.

7. Processing Timeline

Astreaux will review refund requests and process approved refunds within 14 business days. Customers will be notified by email when their refund has been completed.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a refund dispute, customers should contact Walter@astreaux.ai. If unresolved, the issue may be escalated to management or pursued through appropriate legal channels.

9. Changes to This Policy

Astreaux reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
